NZ Geography

NZ Geography is that there are two parts split into the South Island and the North island.
The nearest country near NZ is Australia it is around 1,600 kilometres (995 miles) away.
NZ lies in the southern part of the Pacific Ocean.
NZ is the same size as Japan and the U.K.
NZ native birds became flightless , including the kakapo parrot.
The biggest tower in NZ is the sky tower because it is 328 meters. 
NZ was actually first made as a fish then it turned into a island.
The highest mountain in NZ is mount cook.
The biggest lake in NZ is lake Taupo. NZ is about 1,250 miles.
The biggest volcano in NZ is Ruapehu Volcano.
The deepest cave on NZ Nettlebed, Mount Arthur (889 m or 2916 ft).
